It depends. Is your bronzer loose or in a compact?
For me, this brush works best for loose product that you want a light all-over coverage with.

I would say to use a different brush to apply your bronzer such as an actual bronzer brush, but this works well at the end when you just want to blend everything together after you have put on your foundation, bronzer and blush!

Yes! This brush is perfect for bronzer. I was worried at first that it wasn't, because I was replacing a brush that had way more bristles. I found that the other brush made my bronzer application too heavy. This brush is lighter, doesn't shed and applies a more natural coat of bronzer.

Question
How densely packed?
How densely packed is this brush? I don't want one that's packed too dense, since I want light coverage of a powder. Thanks!

well, if you own a real techniques powder brush, i would say its less dense then that. its not that kind of powder brush where its all thick and full. its not kabuki brush thick and its bristles are rather long. its definitely what you are looking for if you want a brush that lightly sets your powder over your face.

I've found that this brush allows for buildable coverage. The bristles are densely packed, but they kind of fluff out. I use this brush both for light and heavy coverage, depending on the occasion.

Question
difference between this brush and #40?
Just trying to decide which brush to purchase. I like a light application of blush and also will use it for setting powder. Won't be using for contouring so don't need any precise angles. What's the difference between this and Pro Flawless Powder Brush #40?

Personally, I would not recommend this brush if you want to use it for blush as well as powder. As the name indicates, it is for a "light" use.
It is extremely soft and loose packed but I think you will not have enough control to use for anything other than light powders.

I have the #50 and I love it as a blush/bronzer or general powder brush. It's so soft, and it applies and even and buildable sheer coverage. Can't go wrong with this brush!

Question
Shape?
Is this a less dense and smaller version of the Pro Allover Powder Brush #61 or is it not as round? I'm looking for a brush to apply a sheer coverage of powder foundation, similar to the Real Techniques multitasker.

The #50 is smaller, less dense, and a different shape than the #61. When you see it from the side, the #50 is tapered, so the bristles are an oval shape when you see it from the top. The #61 is completely round, quite a big brush, and is way more dense. I don't have the Real Techniques Multitasker, but I have tried a few of their other brushes. In comparison the the Sephora Pro, in my opinion, the Real Techniques are more densely packed, but are not as soft nor give the flawless finish. For smooth and sheer coverage I'd go with Sephora Pro. For a fast and seamless coverage go with the #61, for a slightly sheerer and more precise coverage, I'd go with the #50. The size you choose depends on your size preference, but both would work well. Hope this helps you a bit!
