Questions & Answers for SEPHORA COLLECTION Brush-On Nourishing Cuticle Oil

Question
How long should it take for the oil to come out?
I have twisted the bottom in both directions. And I think 30 minutes is long enough to wait for saturation, yet I have nothing. Not happy.

When I first got this I felt like I clicked for quite some time too, but after a good few turns (less than a minute for sure) I had the oil at the tip of the brushes.

answer 2
I had to twist the bottom quite a few times (more than expected) to get oil out the first time I used it.

answer 3
Something must be wrong with yours - the oil comes out immediately. You have to keep twisting - sometimes longer at the beginning to get it going, but not 30 min!

It should come out with a couple of twists. If it doesn't, I'd return it.
