I would only use mascara that is formulated for the eyes. I'm not sure if you can use it or not, but the hair can tolerate a lot more abuse than the eyelashes.

I wouldn't recommend it. Tokidoki used to sell a really good colored mascara but a lot of other companies sell them too, the brush for this product isn't the same as a mascara brush for your eyes.

Does it work on REALLY dark hair?

I have really dark, specifically, Jet-black natural hair. I tried many dyes but they won't do anything to my hair. I love this trend and think that it would be super cute for the summer months, but don't want to bleach the parts I want a pop of color on, especially since I'd want it only temporarily. So, would it work o jet-black hair WITHOUT constantly having to layer the product?

I have seen the blue color on jet black hair and it is gorgeous! The color really pops without having to bleach anything, so no worries. These will definitely show up on your hair.

Yes it does! My hair is dark brown almost black, and if want it to be hot pink I either layer a lot on or just do quick light strokes without really rubbing it in. If I do brush it in, it shows up as a pretty purple-y color :)

It does, it just shows up lighter because my hair is so dark. But it was still a nice cotton candy pink. I'm Asian with natural never treated hair, so my hair is really dark

Is it okay for color treated hair?

I have dark blonde hair (with a few greys), highlighted a lighter blonde. Is this product safe for colored hair? I asked this question already, seemed to have an answer, then both question and answer were deleted. I don't think this is un unreasonable question. If I put a temporary pink in my hair, I'd like to know that it will wash out!

Yeah, it will definitely wash out. It pretty much starts coming off the second you put it on, so I'd be surprised if it gave you any problems.

I think the hot pink would look great if you're going for drama. The purple is nice, too, but it would probably be more subtle than the hot pink.

I think that'd make it clumpy, and it'd definitely put color all over your flat iron. The Sephora employee I spoke with recommended using a fine tooth comb and a blow drier to help dry the sections, and that definitely helped me. It did not set the product or anything...it continued to rub off on skin and all, but it helped it be dry and look normal mixed in with the rest of my hair.

No, wait for it to dry or use a blow dryer on a cool setting. The flat iron will burn your hair with a wet product on it and the colour will ruin the plates of your flat iron.

No it will not. I have ombre brown to blonde hair and I've used the coral color without having it stain my hair. If you do not use shampoo when you wash out the product, the color may stay on your blonde highlights until you do thoroughly wash your hair.
