It isn't foundation; it is a self tanning spray. I don't recommend it----very uneven.

It needs at least 4 hours on your skin before showering----but I'd recommend 8 for the fullest effect. If you put makeup on top of the application in less than 4 hours, your face will not tan. Overall, I really like the regular bronzer. The new one with the adjustable tan does not work well-----comes out splotchy. Hope this helps!
