this is exactly what i'm doing! but it's better to use it before moisturizer or as a substitute to a moisturizer in the evening, because it makes your face look a bit shiny

I would say it depends on your skin. I have oily skin and this works great as a moisturizer, but if you have dry skin you might like some extra moisture. I use this after toner.

Definitely use this after toning. This has a very lightweight moisturizer built in, so you may be able to get away with not using your usual moisturizer, but try it and see.

if you have very oily skin you can use just this as your moisturizer, if not yes, but this is meant to just be a moisturizer, so you might find some other products that could work better for your skin routine.

redness goes away pretty much during 1 night, but you will see a really good result within 2 weeks. Skin is so smooth, and no breakouts! Doesn't help against comedones though...

I started using this with my clarisonic pro, so I'm not sure it can solely be attributed to this, but I'd say in a week or two...plus I've had less break outs over all since and the break outs I get don't last as long.

Is this wearable during the day, under SPF and makeup?

Or is it likely to ball up? Or, like a lot of SA products, does it encourage a shine later in the day? Does it have a mattifying effect to counteract this? (Wouldn't be able to wear it evenings, as am using a different product then.)

Will I break out from this?

I used it all over my face for the first time yesterday to see if I'd have a reaction and I did see a few minor pimples come to surface but I don't know if it was the lotion or just my skin. I'm already using a 2% salicylic acid face wash so would this be too much? I debating on returning it for something that doesn't have salicylic acid.

I use it daily - I feel that is helps keep my face from breaking out but I don't really think it works as a "mattifier" - I have used other products that I think work better to keep "shine" down.

I have oily/combination skin- I use it all over on my face once a day and I don't think it is drying at all. I feel it is pretty mild but if used regularly- works to keep pimples away.
