Questions & Answers for Ciaté Caviar Manicure™
Question
Did those reviewing actually read the description?
If you read the description, it tells you that properly done, this product will last up to 48 hours. Everyone keeps saying that it doesn't last more than a day or two. That sounds like "up to 48 hours" to me. :)

you paint your nails with the pink color first, then with your fingers over the plastic tray , you sprinkle the 'beads' over the top of the nail. When done, you have all the extra beads in the tray and use the funnel to put them back into the container.

Based on the description of I THINK the beads are placed into the funnel for slow an controlled drop of the beads into the polish. The tray that is also included I THINK is placed under the finger to collect any beads that may fall by the wayside. I would like to try this duo!

Easy peasy to remove! Put some nail polish remover on cosmetic pads, then wrap over nails to let it 'soak' for a minute or two (you could do it one at a time but I'm lazy and wrap a pad over all nails on one hand at a time). Use a nail from your other hand or an orange stick to 'scrape' everything off into a cosmetic pad, then use nail polish remover to get any of the base coat off. The beads really just come right off with your nail, very simple :)

Yes, I had to work on removing the beads. It was partially my fault. I knew that I wanted to keep the beads on for as long as I could. I used my normal base coat, the two layers of polish needed before applying the caviar and then I used my standard top coat. I chose to take the beads and polish off after 5 days. I used a regular acetone polish remover. I didn't even try my non-acetone. I didn't think it would work.

Only place a top coat at the tip of your nails. I have found that applying it on the entire nail makes the dark beads bleed

I would buy two at a time, get free shipping because it equals $50 and then get free samples with each order and use a promo code for a free deluxe sample or whatever they're offering free right ow. They have the it bags or the luxe bags, you could get so many and give them away with gifts to girlfriends.

Yes, and doing so takes away from the caviar effect (it smooths out the surface) and makes the color of the caviar run. Try painting you nails, then waterproof glue, and then apply the caviar. That method works well for me Hope that helps!

Question
Do beads fall off easily?
Is it just me, or do the beads not stay on very well? I'm not expecting them to last a week or anything, but I applied this one evening and it seemed like I had microbeads all over my bed the next morning. Tips for getting them to stay better?

Question
Is there any reason this couldn't be used on toes?
I am going to a wedding and will be wearing an long black dress with strappy sandals. I was thinking about using the Ciate Caviar set in black at my toenails. I think the disclaimer about 'fingernails only' is because they show it on lips for advertisement. We all know there are people who are crazy enough to put nail polish on their lips and then sue because it didn't say you couldn't, right?!? Is there some reason I can't think of that these couldn't be used on toes?
