The charm itself is about the length of my thumb--and I'm an average height woman. It easily smaller than the palm of my hand. It's not very big (not a Flava Flav clock by any means!), but it's a little chunky for a charm on a necklace. The mirror itself is about the size of the pad of my thumb (just below the knuckle)--but there are two mirrors, one on each side of the bow when you split it open. It's enough of a mirror to check your eye or lip makeup.

Don't have an inch measurement, but it's a fairly long chain. When I tried it on, it dangled to about two inches above my navel. It's definitely long enough to be hidden under a shirt.

It goes 1 or 2 inches below your chest.
