Bumble and bumble Color Minded Conditioner

What it is:A thick, moisturizing, color-preserving conditioner designed to seal, shine, and keep tones true. What it does:This invigorating conditioner moisturizes hydrates, softens, and detangles, while also helping to prevent color fading and washout. By locking color in and locking water out, you can keep even the hardest-to-keep hues as rich as the day of your service. Designed to treat dry or processed hair, Color Minded seals in shine and smooths the cuticle to make hair color glow, fights the horrid humidity, and adds healthy-looking luster and luminosity (just like a finishing coat). What else you need to know:Formulated with a new, proprietary two-polymer technology that covalently binds to and cross-links over color-treated hair, this color-preserving complex works to resurface the process-damaged cuticle and seal the hair to prevent color washout and fading. The color process opens the cuticle to deposit color into the hair shaft. If the cuticle is not sealed properly, water can enter and wash away new color as soon as the first shampoo (which is when the most color washout happens).

Questions & Answers for Bumble and bumble Color Minded Conditioner

Question
5 oz.?
Why is this only 5 oz. while the shampoo is 8.5 oz.? I always use more conditioner than shampoo, and I don't think I'm alone. I would like someone to explain the logic to me, because I just don't see it.

I actually appreciate the size difference but I shampoo twice and only condition once. I can see where it would be a negative for you however.

I completely agree girl! I'm sure it's to get people to reorder their product. Come on Bumble and Bumble, do your loyal customers a favor and start making larger tubes of conditioner!!! :)

I run out of the shampoo long before the conditioner with this product. Usually it's the other way around.

I wondered the same thing but honestly this conditioner is so concentrated that a little goes a VERY long way! I have fine hair and only use a very small amount to condition my hair from my ears down and have never had an issue with running out of conditioner quickly.

while I can't be certian I belive it is because they package by weight and lable by volume, and since conditioner is often thicker and heavier than shampoo the volume ends up being less,

though I agree it's dumb, I often go through at least 2 conditioner bottles per shampoo bottle.
