depends on what type u use...
honestly, it's really anyone's preference on before and after...
my recommendation is that if you use liquid foundation, apply concealer after the foundation... before the foundation works too..

but if u use, mineral powder foundation like i use, definitely before the foundation... otherwise, concealer will mess my foundation and i have to reapply it again

I'm interested in getting this, but I have no clue what color I am. It's available at a local drugstore but they don't color match there. Help!

I live in the hottest area in Canada so I am pretty tan. And in the summer I look practically indian (a bit lighter though). I have olive like skin tone. I have hazelish brown eyes. I have thin to medium-thick dark brownish hair. I only want to use this for my under eyes since they are dark, not for blemsihes since I like never break out. I'll upload a picture of my undereyes so you can get an idea of what tone I am.

The best thing to do is order several shades that you think would work best for you and return those that don't work...Sephora has a GREAT return policy as long as you don't wait over 30 to 60 days. You have to make this choice yourself by either ordering several and returning what doesn't work, or going to a store where they will try them on you
