Well, to judge length size, a toothbrush probably wouldn't fit very well in it. Personally, I have a powder brush, powder jar, bb cream tube, face blotting sheets, chapstick, small handcream tube, blush jar, lip stain pencil, and two small tubes of perfume in the bag. So yeah, it can hold a decent amount.
