Didn't help me

I was experiencing random breakouts and find that this product helps. I went for a professional facial first and then started using this product. It cleans really well and rinses easily - no residue. After only one week, my skin glows. With minimal makeup (BB cream and power), I look "polished". I also stared using exfoliator/polisher from the same line.

Why so expensive?
I know my question seems dumb, but I really want to know why this is so expensive. I have tons of expensive skincare and makeup but they are products that stay on for hours while a cleanser is on your face for thirty seconds or less. Granted, bad cleansers have a bad effect, but even a great cleanser won't transform your skin. I like the IDEA of this cleanser, and the puffy sponge-like texture, but I can't bring myself to purchase it. I keep coming back to read posts, but still only three reviews so far (as of 4-9-13), so maybe price is why? Hopefully someone from the co. can explain the exorbitant price tag.

I don't think there's a serious reason other than hype and marketing. The ingredients are fairly basic and non-luxurious, but the product does work well and doesn't upset my ultra sensitive skin.

Honestly? It's expensive because it can be, LOL. A high price adds prestige and makes the consumer THINK the product is worth it. It IS imported from Europe/Hungary, so that adds some cost. But it's got totally ordinary ingredients. And like you said, cleanser goes down the sink in 30 seconds! I got a deluxe sample (look for a code) and it's nice but NOT worth the cost.
There are a lot of cleansers on Sephora that are really great and are worth the price tag! I would not pay more than 35 for one and that is really stretching it.
