Hi there! Yes, you should be able to remove Better Than False Lashes along with the rest of your makeup. Just remember to minimize tugging by always “wiping” your lashes in the same direction. Soap and water will do the trick.

Question
Do you have samples of ths mascara?
I have sensitive eyes so it is hard for me to find a mascara i can wear.I also have Lupus so my eyelashes are a little "thin". Do you have samples of this mascara? I would really like to try it before I spend the money on it because money is tight. Some of the people I know that use this mascara love it and I would really like to try it. Thank you Cheryl Dyal

Sephora has a great return policy you could buy it and if you don't like it return it, or go to your local sephora with no mascara on and try it there with the sample one you get a brand new brush so its not like someone else just used it before you. I personally don't care for this product its heavy and flakes away and gets in your eyes

If you like the look of long lashes daily I think you would enjoy the product. It delivers! When you apply the product you might concentrate on the tip of the lashes rather than apply from base to tip. This might help with irritation as the fibers won't be so close to your eyes.

Sephora has the product on display to try out. Although I have never seen mascara samples, Sephora will try to find a way to package it for you to try for a couple days at home. They are pretty clever at finding ways to send samples home with their customers.

I tried this in the store. There was a gal from the company who applied it for me. Sorry to say, I did get a headache with this product. I have dry eyes and was hoping this product would be a good one for me. I returned the unopened product the same day, no problem. For the short time, I did have great lashes.

I wouldn't recommend it for sensitive eyes. Mine aren't sensitive and it really irritated them badly. Try Tarte's Lights, Camera, Lashes! It works wonders.

I don't personally wear contacts, but I would say I wouldn't risk it. The fibers do tend to get in your eyes and I don't think its worth it. Hope this helps!

I haven't had any problem with my contacts, however I would apply the contacts AFTER the mascara, only because the fibers in the white tube are very small and I wouldn't want to accidentally get them in my contacts. Once you apply the 2nd coat of the mascara (step 3) there aren't any white fibers on your lashes and it is safe to put your contacts on. That's just my experience, at least.

answer 5
I wear contacts and I didn't have any problems wearing this mascara. If I happened to fall asleep in it and get any flakes in my eyes, there was some stinging (slightly more than with regular mascara), but that's my own fault. It doesn't flake during normal wear.

answer 6
Yes, I wear contacts and I was a bit concerned about this as well. I have had no problems at all. The base coat (mascara) portion that you apply first seems to act as glue and the fibers stick very well thus not falling into your eyes.

Yes! Just finish it up with a waterproof mascara I had the same problem but it does work without the waterproof mascara however the formula in step 1 is tacky so its recommended so the lashes dont hug eachother

answer 4
I have pretty oily skin and I have had no flaking of this product. First of all, I use the too faced eye shadow primer under my eye shadows, which has helped immensely with oily lids causing my mascara to smear. Second, I also don't rub my eyes much. It helps that the product is kinda hard to remove in general. I find it wears well during the day. To remove the mascara, I have to hold a very wet and warm washcloth to my eyes for like 20 seconds and then wash my face with warm water (to kinda soften the lashes). After they are softened, you have to kinda rub the product off and it washes off in clumps (kinda like a facial peel mask).

answer 3
yes... so you put the mascara on, then these fibers, then the mascara again. so its a 3-step process. Ideally, the fibers are suppose to be the thing that thickens and makes your lashes look false. Then you cover the fibers so that it looks more natural.

I think it holds a curl well, but if you already have a mascara that holds a curl for you, you can try putting a thin first layer of that on and letting it dry. Then build the system off of that first layer.

I use an electric eyelash curler (the kind you put a battery in and actually heats up) after I'm finished applying this mascara. I curl them when it is just warm because I noticed that if it gets too hot, it will actually melt the fibers right off. I hpe that helps.

Question
Are you supposed to let each layer dry between coats?
I just bought this product and haven't used it yet, I was just wondering are you supposed to let the first coat of mascara dry before you apply the nylon fibers? I would assume no so they stick but I'm wondering if this will ruin the brush used to apply the fibers for further uses? If someone could let me know that would be great, thank-you :)

No I apply the first coat of mascara then the fibers then the second coat of mascara... if you let it dry between applying it will be stiff and hard to apply so do one eye at a time.

No, you put the fibers on right after the mascara. Do one eye then the other eye. It is a fairly quick process, mascara-fibers-mascara. Enjoy!

NOOOOO!!! I made this mistake the first time i used it. When you apply the first coat apply the fibers right away. Dont let the mascara dry or else all the little lint-like fibers will fall into your eyes and face. Yes they burn. Then right away add the second coat of mascara. I recomend to do one eye at a time since the mascara dries up real quick. Good luck!!!

Honestly I just used excessive face wash and really rubbed it into my eyelashes to really get it lathered up and outta there. Try an oil-based eye makeup remover because you can rub your eye and it wont leave your eye dry. It will also give a more slippery state to your eye making it easier for makeup to rub off.
