Not sure but I'm guessing not long because I just bought them and half of the hairs are on my face since using them just one time. I'm disappointed and returning.

I use the stippling brush with my liquid foundation (make up forever's matte velvet) and the other face brush for my powder (benefit). They work beautifully and give my face a flawless finish! Hope that helped!

It's used for applying your foundation in a stippling manner which is just kind of like..patting it on almost? Not exactly sure how to describe the actual process but instead of "painting" on your foundation you dab the brush repeatedly for the stippling effect.
