I experience it completely differently from the Neuropeptide FirmX. It's more like Philosophy's Miracle Worker cream, but a much less dense consistency. With both this Turbo serum and the Miracle Worker cream, if put on thickly, it does feel tacky. But, this Turbo serum spreads so well, like water would, although it is far denser than water, that only a tiny bit is needed. I do feel it a bit on the skin, although not at all tacky and sticky. So, I do "feel" something on my skin when I touch it, but, for me anyway, it feels more like the Philosophy product than the Neuropeptide FirmX.

The percentage of peptides and neuropeptides in the original is 23%, whereas the turbo has 76%. This means that you're changing your skin at a cellular level more than 3 times as fast.

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return an item that was purchased online, and 30 days from date of purchase to return an in -store purchase in order to receive a full refund. After that, it is dependent on the stores and their discretion as to whether you get a refund or a store credit/exchange.

Sephora has a phenomenal return policy. There is no time limit, and you don't need a receipt (though it does make it go faster and easier for them). Bottom line is they want you to be in love with what you're spending your hard-earned money on - so if you happen to not love it, bring it back.....and get something you will love!!

I am 26 but also have combination skin that is sensitive to break outs. I only used this product on my forehead but it never caused any problems for me. However, it also did not work. I would not recommend it.
