Questions & Answers for Korres Wild Rose + Vitamin C Advanced Brightening Sleeping Facial

Question
does it really helps pimples, break outs, redness, acne scars and dark spots ??
Hi !

First, my main concern is not about moisture or glow.

I am seriously wondering if it does help for break outs, pimples, redness, blemish, dark spots, acne scars and similar ???

I have a few acne scars that appear as darker spots on my skin. I occasionally have break outs, pimples, my skin is a mix of oily and dry (oily on T-zone) ...

thank you for your help!!!!!

This products works for me to lighten freckles and post acne marks on the side of my face.I usually break out with anything new but after using this my skin was clearer! I'm hooked. Try the 24-hr moisturizing cream if you are hesitant. I bought that first and it truly cleared my pimples and lightened marks. The sleeping facial is similar but stronger - the 24 hr cream still works great and costs much less. Both are amazing!

It definitely did not reduce in any way the dark spots on my face due to pigmentation. I used it faithfully, every night for about 3 months with no results. I can't speak to your other concerns.

Is it worth the price and how long does it last? If you stop using it will your skin regress?
I see great reviews for this, is it worth the money and how long does a jar last? If you discontinue use does your skin regress? Thanks!

One jar lasts 3 months with nightly use. As others have mentioned you only need a couple dabs but that is still a pretty short shelf life in my opinion. I went through 2 jars in 6 months and then balked at spending more ($200/year on one project is a lot!)- so gave it up for the rest of the year. But now I have started using it again-- my skin loves it and it's great for winter especially. I noticed a difference in my skin when I wasn't using it; because it's more of a moisturizer than a treatment, effects last only while you're actively using the product (but that's true of most creams I think).

I think this product is well worth the price! It does everything it claims to do, and I have dry and sensitive skin. I am on my first full size jar, so can't comment on how long it lasts, but will continue to purchase this product.

It's definitely worth the price because its a pretty thin cream so you only need a small amount to cover your face and neck. I've been using it nightly for approx. 2 weeks and really haven't put too much of a dent in it.

Definitely worth the price. I bought this product in early September, it is now mid January and there is still plenty left. You will definitely see results when you use they may not be very dramatic depending on how your current skin is but you will see an improvement.

This is defintely worth the price. Have used some that were more expensive, but had to use more product. You only need to use a little to get good results. Give it about 2 to 3 weeks to start seeing a difference.

I take a makeup spatula (clean well after each use) so my cream is not contaminated by contact with my fingers. Dap a little dot on forehead, nose, two spots on cheeks, chin and two spots on the neck and then gently rub into the skin. A jar should last you at least four months if you are judicious in using it. You defintely do not need to slather this on your face and neck to get good results.

Yes on worth the $. THe product is thick, but light, so one jar lasts a while. I use it only at night for face, neck, and chest and 1 jar lasts about 6 weeks. I've been using it since it came out, so I don't know what will happen if I stop using it.

I would really reccommend this product. It is excellent if your skin is dry and it has really helped to reduce the redness in my cheeks.

I would say on average mine lasts about 3 months (and I use mine every night.)

I know this is a little more expensive then some other night creams but it does really work. And you could move to a lighter one for the summer if you wanted.

the scent is strong and I'm not a fan, but honestly, the results are so worth it. This product was described as life-changing by 2 of my favourite advisors at Sephora and they weren't kidding. I would suggest giving it a try, and keeping in mind the results are phenomenal. Made it easier to handle :)

I have periodic breakouts, and had been looking for something to use as a moisturizing multitasker at night, and this product has worked well for me. It claims to help exfoliate, and though my breakouts have not gone away, they seem to be less frequent now that I've switched to this cream. Also, not as oily as many other night creams I have tried.

I am too prone to break out if I block my pores with something new to me. This does not happen at all with this cream, Possibly it is not as pore-clogging (it feels very light), and possibly it just does not cause breakouts after getting into your pores. At least does not happen to me with this one! I am very happy about this.

Once you apply the product don't add any other creams to your face. Let the product sit on your face overnight (hints: do not rinse) . It is okay after it sits on all night to wash your face in the A.M. :)

I read a recent beauty column that recommended we not wash our faces in the a.m. The rationale was that we wash our faces at night & then use a night cream, & our faces don't get dirty after we go to bed, so washing in the morning removes natural skin oils & undoes all the benefits we get from the night cream. My opinion - for what it's worth - is that if you're like me (aging skin, used to be oily but now dry with fine lines & somewhat sensitive), you should NOT wash your face in the morning, or if you do, use a moisturizing cleanser followed by a good daytime moisturizer plus a separate, lighter eye cream than what you use at night. But when I was younger, I would absolutely wash my face in the a.m. - & again when I got home from work & again at bedtime.

I think that calling it a "sleeping facial" is mostly just a marketing gimmick. It's simply a face cream, and there's no reason it can't be used every night like any night cream. Plus, I've read that 50 percent of people sleep better when they smell roses, so that's another reason one might want to use it every night!

You can absolutely use this as a night cream. I have been using it 3-5 nights a week for the past few months. In addition to brightening and evening skin tone, it is intensely moisturizing. The product doesn't instantly absorb, but will settle after a few minutes. When I wake in the morning my skin feels supple and smooth and appears brighter.

The thing that is great about this product is that every time you use it, it is like using a mask. I put it on every evening after my serums and nightcream. What is great is that, if you prefer to use it nightly or weekly you will benefit. I do not normally speak of products because I have purchased so many that do not work. This one, for me, does all that it claims and more.
