It's very likely. Sorry, I don't own this item and can't say for sure. I stopped buying "budget" Stila items because they're usually made in China. (all their mini palettes with the eye shadow and blush or lip gloss combos are made in China)

How is pigmentation compared to regular priced eyeshadows?

Eyeshadows from the travel palettes are less pigmented than the regular Stila eyeshadows. I am wondering if the quality of these are similar to the regular eyeshadows or the travel palettes.

I have the Hollywood and Sunset sets and the shadows have the same velvety consistency as the Stila singles. Absolutely love the Silver Maple shadow in the Hollywood set - a gorgeous champagne shimmer that works great as an all over. Very satisfied with this purchase - if the Hollywood set wasnt currently out of stock, I'd buy backups just for the Silver Maple shade.

As far as I can tell from just the Santa Monica Blvd trio, these seem just as pigmented as the regular Stila shadows.

The color combos are limited, I think. There used to be four options here, now there are only two. There is also another product listing for Stila eyeshadow trios, but they have different color combos. So it might be the kind of product where they bring out new combos every so often, but they'll always have some kind of trio available.
