It is mostly online now. I have found it once in the store, but I'd already purchased online. That was late August/early September. Since then I have not seen it return in the store.

It's comes in a little box with a brush with a cute wooden handle inside, in a plastic holder so it doesn't ruin the blush.

Does this set contain a sharpener for the Eye Bright pencil? I read from previous reviews for Eye Bright that it's hard finding a suitable sharpener replacement. Would hate to go through the hassle of finding one if I purchase this...

It does not come with a sharpener, however I have sharpened an eye bright pencil in the past with a combo sharpener (you know, the one that has two sized sharpeners) I did not think that it gave me any trouble at all.

I'm not sure exactly how long. However, I have definitely seen it online before so it's not new online. As far as in store goes the sales lady at Sephora had said that this was fairly new. I hope this helped!
