This product definitely does not have glitter in it. I'm not sure how but deflects somehow.

Can't figure this product out!
Is it simply a highlighter to be applied on the cheekbones and down the bridge of the nose? Do you apply it with your fingers? Frankly, I feel completely ripped off! It is the tiniest amount of product I have ever seen. Do you apply it before of after foundation? Thanks for any insight you can give me!

i use it as a highlight applied after foundation. i love it. its lightweight but buildable if you want a lot of shimmer
