#27 Peche Cerra Cola is a nice warm-based neutral. It's a milky peach. The nice thing about it...the first layer is almost clear. As you add more product, the color becomes more apparent. Enjoy!

# 7 is a very light coral. I wear nude or clear regularly but tried # 7 for just a little touch of color. Reds make my lips look smaller. On my lips it looks like I am wearing lip gloss, but it lasts ALL day. It seems to complement my natural lip color not color over it. I am frequently drinking water, coffee and tea and do not need to reapply.

when will these be in the store to try colors
Too hard to tell colors from the web site Is there anywhere to see better swatches? When will Sephore have these in the store so I can actually try a color. I am returning the color I bought as it was too orange.

Early May 2012, I saw some in SOME stores in both Central California and Connecticut. Also, Karlasugar has good on arm & several lip swatches. (Just, be aware the color on the lip is usually not exactly like the container or skin swatch).

No. 17 is a pretty bright pink. Hot pink comes to mind as a description. I have very fair skin and the color really pops. If you are looking for bright, it's a great color. If you aren't then another color would suit you better.

#17 isn't bright. You can choose the color intensity by layering the product. It's a cooler pink tone.

It's a natural and bright. It's universal. I know it's hard to understand. but it's a little bit in the middle. It's beautiful color, and it is definitely a wearable color for office or school.

Here's a swatch as compared to some other colors. It's got a lot of fushia in it without being completely neon.

Tried #17 in winter, looks kinda purple on lips with natural day light, looks nice in bathroom light. Might look better in summer though. #15 is much prettier in both lights and in photos. Returning #17, keeping #15.

I have 15 and it's perfect. it looks a lot different when you put it on. the girl who helped me put it on with a lip brush which made it a different color than when I swip it on from the applicator. actually I like the Color from the applicator better. However, the gloss is more wet than shine.

Natural and daytime, as in, pale pink putty or a nice bright pink, but not too over the top bright? The first I described would be #19, one of the palest of them all, Beige Aquarelle... I like #17 Encre Rose, because it is a slightly bright pink but it is definitely toned down enough so it doesn't look "TOO" harsh/loud...

I have auburn hair, gray/blue eyes, and very fair skin and the Rose Vinyl is my favorite shade to date. It is a natural rose color that compliments my coloring and is appropriate for daytime wear. You might try that one, it's beautiful.

I posted swatches in the ratings section that might help. I find 12 is a really pretty coral-berry-pink. 7 is more brown when it goes on, but shines pretty pink as it wears off. I'll post one of the swatches--look for my post to see the colors in different lighting as well. Personally I feel this swatch is more true to color under artificial light.

My fair skin is particularly bright because of the Physician's Formula brightening powders I use (and the whiteners because of my PCOS). I love red lipstick because the golden age of Hollywood stars have influenced me since childhood- HOWEVER this doesn't work for everybody. So I'll recommend #9 Rouge Laque because it''s a solid red with light coral undertones, #11 Rouge Gouache because of the mauve undertones, and # 14 Fuchsia Dore because pink/lavender will make you appear less gaunt depending on your facial structure.

Online there was a beautiful redhead with your coloring who got #4 & 20. 4 was an absolute knockout on her. 20 was beautiful, but the berry-purple of 4 really brought her to that "movie star gorgeous" that you want from a $35 lip gloss.
I can't find the website now. Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with a violet under tone. If you want a red--11 would be beautiful: its a great soft slight-blue/violet red.

This is the best Lip stain I've ever tried!!! You have nothing to lose, try it!! If u don't like simply return it!! I got #20 and it's a very natural red!! I'm of a light complexion and it's brighter than i usually wear, i tend to wear more neutral colors, but it's still pretty natural looking!! The texture of this product is amazing!! I've never tried such a wonderful lip stain!!!

It sounds Iike you and I might have similar coloring. I have 10, 16, and 17. 10 is a bright red, appears neutral on me. I've heard the same thing said about #20 and bought that initially, but once applied on my heavily pigmented lips appeared orange-ish thus making my teeth appear yellow. 16 is a pretty hot pink/mauve. 17 looks über light but is actually a cool pink. This is my go-to color.

I would really suggest swatching these on your lips and not your arm in a store. Put a coat on, spread well, then browse Sephora for a couple of minutes before committing to a shade. The reason I say this is because the shades do deepen after a couple of minutes.

Don't expect the lighter shades to leave a heavy stain if your lips are pretty pigmented. The reds and purples do however leave a nice stain that stays for about 8 hours if not more.
