Is this better than the supreme cleaning foam?
I noticed that both of them are supposed to remove makeup but I'm not sure which one is better. I haven't tried either one.

I couldn't tell you which is better because I've only tried this one, but it does an excellent job of removing waterproof liners/urban decay 24/7 liners without issue. It also has an awesome scent!

I think a gel is better than a foam, it sort of lathers up better and easier getting makeup off more effectively!

Haven't tried the foam - this was recommended by the salesperson because of my oily/combination skin.
