answer 1
I would not recommend it for the oily areas of your face, as it is quite shiny. It might be good for your dry areas, though.

I'm FAIR (redhead) skinned with pink undertones, Primed & poreless is by far your better bet if you are either fair and/or your skin has pink undertones, as this is *yellow* toned & MUCH darker than it seems. I returned this but LOVE my Primed & Poreless in Light :) Hope this helps.

I'd go with a mineral foundation powder, I love Laura Mercier for price and hypo-allergenic reasons. I have super sensitive acne prone skin even as an adult. I love this product for everyday use and even use it as my primer for my foundation so I don't use as much foundation as the BB evens out my skintone before I even apply foundation.

I use a primer meant for acne prone skin, such as the one made by Cover F/X. I have also found for my type of adult acne, where I usually have no more than 1 or 2 spots, albeit BIG ones, at a time, that rather than going for a heavier foundation, which hides not just your spots but even the "good skin"parts of your face, that it is better to work in layers. Go for the acne fighting primer, follow up with a concealer for the acne spots, (Murad makes a good one), then go for a lighter foundation like this one. If you have acne problems that are all over, not just limited to one or two spots, I'd still go the same route, but top this with a mineral foundation to set the BB cream and give you one extra layer of coverage. I find overall that using layers to build the coverage makes it look slightly more natural. Just my 2 cents!

This is def more of a tinted moisturizer. The prep and prime is totally different then this. You would use it before and apply this on after. I have large pores and oily skin too, and I love this product.

I have the same skin as you and have used and own both products. Here's what I do. If my skin is good then I use the pp and some powder and I'm good to go. If I am having a bad skin day I use the beauty balm bc it gives me great coverage. I like to look natural and because the coverage is better than average I look like I have full make-up but I don't just the balm.
