answer 1
It is two separate products - the one in the tube which is the luminizer, and the one in the cap, which is the blush. If you like pinks, then the moonlight is the way to go. I can't help with other colors, sorry!

The blush portion is actually the very round tip of the product (essentially, the nub.) The round tip unscrews and the entire tube is the highlighter. Doesn't seem very proportional, I know.
This may help so that you can see swatches and read more about the delivery system: http://www.musingsofamuse.com/2012/01/tarte-maracuja-blush-glow-review-swatches-and-photos.html

The highlight is in the tube, the cheek tint is housed in the cap. You use the tint to cheeks for a pop of color, like blush. For the highlight, you remove the cap, the tint comes off with the cap, and you apply the highlight to the tops of the cheeks, below brow bone, cupids bow, or wherever you wish to apply it. You can even add some to foundation for an all over glow. I have it in moonlight, still trying it out. It is a silvery pink.. I guess it depends the look that you want to achieve. If you want a more sun kissed look, I would suggest one of the others. I think they are versatile for all skin tones.
