I color my hair (highlights and lowlights) and I use the product. It has really improved the condition of my hair. It feels stronger, fuller, and less is falling out.

The top should snap off if you apply a little bit of force. The white line is a little bit weaker than the rest of the container, so when you break off the top, it'll snap along the white line.

I would not recommend leaving the Complexe 5 on overnight. You're only supposed to keep it on for a few minutes before shampooing. I leave it on 5-10 minutes, & it ends up REALLY tingling even in that time--I have to work to shampoo it out. The RF80 is excellent to apply before bedtime & then shampoo out in the morning. I try to apply it an hour or two before bedtime so that my hair has time to dry (spares the pillows a bit.) Hope this helps! Good luck!!

it needs to be used after you shampoo, I use it when my hair is still wet, but I guess you could wait for your hair to dry and then apply it. You do not wash it out. Try not to wash your hair for at least 24 hours after you put it in. It is not oily and does not smell.

use after clean your hair and sculp. let it dry and then drop it all around, massage all over with your fingertips. for me once a week, it doesn't work because i wash my hair everyday. so i use it every 3-4 days a week. the top of the glass tube, you just wrap it with napkins of babycloth and then break it, it's very easy. don't be scared that will cut you. just wrap with something which is thick enough. after 2 treatments, my hair is not falling like crazy as it used to be. but the new hairgrowth, i haven't seen it yet. i'm happy about this product only 67% for now..sorry . but i will use till i'm done the whole box and then i'll post again about my result. thank you.

Hi, I am also a Hairdresser and I believe it will work on all scalps.So far I have not seen any regrowth, but my hair has stopped falling out as much.

I never had a result with this products after 3 months of constantly losing hair, my hair got really thin I was so desperate then I tried phyto products shampoo, vitamines, ampoulles and I saw a difference on the shedding it's not like use to be months ago, hair is still falling but a lot less.
Overall I prefer phyto hair care it gave me some hope.
