I chose a hair ritual from Ojon that was suited for my type of hair. Follow the instructions of each product. Whenever my ends are dry, I will rub the treatment as instructed in my hands and apply it to the ends of my hair.

You most likely won't need to follow with your conditioner as your hair will be very hydrated from the treatment.

No, nothing really restores spilts ends unless you cut them. Products that say mend split ends is a temporary fix.

Both are wonderful products. The plus is for very damage hair from coloring, over heating and processing.

The original smelt a bit better and had better consistency, but knowing that I've continued to by the new and not so improved version twice. Although it may have been better, this is still a fabulous product

I use it everyday, It only takes a pea size amount to scalp your roots in sections, then just comb or brush. It gives it shine to your hair. Follow the directions alone with the shampoo and conditioner of your choice from Ojon.

The graininess is the emollient agents that melt at higher temperatures- try rubbing the product between your palms to heat it up and help those little grains disperse. Think of cold butter in olive oil- it will take some work and heat.

answer 2
Do you mean those gritty white particles that randomly appeared? That happened to me too! It must be something about this formula because I had 2 previous containers of the regular one and neither had that problem.

I called Sephora and a representative said it might've just been a reaction to temperature changes, but it shouldn't affect the quality of the product. However I found it annoying because the white bits looked like lice if I didn't pick all of them out after using it >:[
