I'm not positive it is available in the stores, but I suspect it is; there is nothing in the description that says it is only available online, whereas it does state that the voucher can only be redeemed in the stores. To be certin, I'd call the store and verify. Hope this helps a little.

After reading how it works, notes, and Q&A's, I am still wondering how long the voucher is valid for? We only have a JC Penny-Sephora store in our area and would have to travel to Seattle or Portland (3 hour drive) to redeem the voucher.

The voucher works for a pretty long time. My mom just cashed in one that I gave her Dec 2010 in Aug 2011. I think since its paid for, they can't really deny you. Maybe it works like a gift card. In CA gift cards never expire so check your state. Hope that helped.
