If you don't like the perfume included, can you put an unrelated perfume on the voucher?
I got a sampler before and I just wasn't in love with any of them. I'd rather spend the money on a perfume I like if I don't like these.

As people have already mentioned, you can only get the listed perfumes in the listed sizes. However, if Sephora doesn't have the perfume you want (say you want "Angel" but they're out of stock), you can get a different perfume of equal or lesser value that doesn't have to be from the collection.

I would ask the store manager if it would be possible to use the voucher for a more preferred item. If not, I'd use the voucher to purchase a fragrance for a friend.

No, it can only be redeemed a full-sized bottle of one of the sample choices from inside the box. However, the sample inside are quite varied. I still can't decide which full-size I want. It's such a great selection this year and I like almost all of the scents. I was surprised, too because I'm very picky! :)

While I liked some of the scents, I wish customers were allowed to purchase any perfume of equal value. At the store there are so many perfume options that I would've preferred over the selected sample items.

No, but there ARE a few of these scents that do offer 3.4 size products! I traded my voucher in for a Full-Sized DKNY Golden Delicious scent, and THAT was totally worth it. Currently thinking of ordering a 2nd set, but I can wait till I get 2 a nearby store 2morrow. Have other sets I'm thinking of getting online w/the Extra 20 % off discount! Contemplating! Other customers can ask the clerk on the phone or in store before deciding to buy this. They'll answer ALL questions you have before you purchase. Redeeming for DKNY Golden Delicious
The voucher is redeemable for the 3.4 ounce Golden Delicious. The website says the 3.4 ounce Golden Delicious is only available online. However, the voucher cannot be used on line. So does anyone know how one would go about redeeming the voucher for the 3.4 ounce Golden Delicious? According to the terms it currently seems impossible.

I bought this set and I redeemed for the 3.4 Golden Delicious at my local Sephora with no issue. There was over 8 3.4 bottles sitting on the shelf. I have no clue why it says "online only" but call your local store(s) and find it! It's totally worth it. Best scent in the set by far and the bottle? MASSIVE!

I doubt it. The voucher specifies the exact size (ounces) of the full size that you get, so I'm guessing you can only use it for that item. It does say that if they are out of the fragrance that you want when you go to redeem it, that you can make a substitution, but I don't know what the specific rules are for that.

The full size is different depending on the fragrance. I think they are mostly 1.7 oz., but for example, Thierry Mugler's Angel is only 0.8 oz for the full size. I think one or two might have been larger than 1.7. It just depends on how expensive that fragrance is.

Each full size fragrance is a different size. Each manufacturer decides what size. Most of the time it is 1 ounce. I have bought this the last few years and I almost always get 1ounce to 1.4 ounces of my choice of fragrance.

it depends of what you choose, the expensive ones such as dior, givenchy, paco is 1.7 oz, the mugler is .87oz some are 2.5oz and dkny is 3.4 and philosophy is 4.0oz

These are in actual mini sized bottles which you'd have 2b paying at least $15 for each when sold individually at stores like Koehl's! I checked the price there for a Juicy bottle, and that's how much it would have cost me! Anyways, I still think this is a fun sample for those who have never bought such type of extravagance for once! This was an awesome deal that I bought at 20% off even! So, thanks, Sephora....can't wait to buy more, but I have to finish using some scents first b4 I do so.

I cannot figure out how to open the Dior Addict bottle. I have tried searching for it and many people say to turn the silver knob and push down, but that does not work on this bottle. Please help!

You need to push the entire square part up. It is hard, I kept thinking I would break it. It does seem to give more easily based on the side you push from. Good luck!

The deluxe sample for the Dior Addict fragrance is not a twist off. You will need to hold the base of the fragrance while carefully rocking the top back and forth pulling the top up and being careful not to spill the fragrance. Sorry for inconvenience! We hope that helps. :)

Sephora has an excellent return policy. I know they allow you to return perfume, even if it is opened. If you do not have a receipt, they will most likely give you a store credit so you can choose what you like.

Sephora has the best return policy. Just bring the package into the store and ask. Without a receipt you will get a store credit, which doesn't work online.

Since this is a gift set, individual bottles can not be returned as a solo piece. The customer should ponder twice before buying because it is a long term investment which by that I mean once you bought it, these various types of perfume scents will last a long time. I bought my first delux gift set with a discount. I'm super happy with the purchase; I also can't wait to exchange the certificate for the full size bottle as promised due to this promotion. It's worth it if future customers like at least half the scent. Then if they don't like any of them, they can always gift them to their friends.
