This product has been amazing for me. I love being able to use it with the brush because I can get up close and personal with my eyelashes. As far as long lasting it is amazing. I usually end up having to touch up my eyeliner as soon as I get home from work but this product lasts me til bed time. Love it!!

YES!! It doesn't smudge at all on the waterline.

I would say sure for tight lining, but the beauty of this product color is most evident when you smudge it. You could get an easier tight line with a gel pen for way less. The strength of this product is it's shade is enhanced when smudged. Hope this helps.
I have a problem with everything from eyeliner to mascara smudging. This is probably due to the moisturizer I apply under my eye to minimize 49 year-old wrinkles. If you don't use moisturizer or concealer under your eyes, the product would probably not smudge; using a primer or setting powder might also reduce smudging.
Yes! This item glides on beautifully and doesn't "feather" while applying
You could use it as a tightline, but make sure to have the right eyeliner brush with it. A flat eyeliner brush will do the trick! Also make sure to flatten the brush on the back of your hand after dipping it in the cream, so you can create a fine line for your tightline. Good luck!

I'm not sure what tight lining is, but I'm guessing that it means drawing a precise line close to the lash line. I have found this liner to be excellent in terms of staying power. It never smudges or runs on my eyes even without eye primer. With the Sephora angled brush, I can get a nice thin line right on top of my lash line with no problem, and I am not an experienced gel liner user.

NO this eyeliner cannot be used for tightlining. I am going to answer based on my own experience just using this gel liner on my top eyelids. Within a few hours it smudged like crazy. I hated it so much that after only one use i returned it. I think it's just really hard to find a gel eyeliner that doesn't smudge if you're used to a liquid liner. But the answer is a definite no for tightlining (it might work MAYBE if you have really dry eyelids, but not too sure even then). You can try if you want to regret it...
I'm not sure exactly what is meant by tightlining. If it just means a very fine line, I'm sure that couldbe achieved it's very asy to work with. And, yes, this eyeliner does have incredible staying power, it's very long lasting even after wearing it all day and ending the day with a strenuous work out.
This product is absolutely fantastic for tightlining! I find that this product has the absolute best staying power, even more staying power than the Bobbi Brown gel eyeliiner which is hard to beat. I use this eyeliner to tightline my upper lash line and I find that it stays all day and that it doesn't transfer. This eyeliner I find is also very fast drying and if you wanted to use it to line your upper lash line, you can create a very thin line, a very thick line, or any type of line that you prefer. This eyeliner is also very opaque. You can get the exact color on your eye as it is in the pot. Overall, I think this product is definetely worth investing in!!!!
