Question
Same question as below
I don't understand how to apply this? With fingers? Cotton ball? I tried with fingers and I am wasting it because it just rolls off.

You apply it with your fingers. If you find that difficult you should try putting a couple drops in your palm and then putting the product on your finger tips. Once you have an adequate amount pat it onto your face.

I use my fingers. I would not recommend using a cotton ball, because it would absorb the stuff that actually mattifies (the stuff that congeals in the bottle until you shake it). I pour a small amount ono the top of my middle three fingers and then rub onto my face. I cover my entire face, but if you are just tr Heating oily areas, I would recommend you use one finger and dab, dab, dab. If you are treating you entire face, work with one area at a time (cheeks, face, forehead, nose, chin, etc.). Hope this helps!

Use fingers to apply, but I pour a little at a time and apply to forehead, then cheeks/nose and one more time to chin.

No, it is definitely not a moisturizer. You still have to apply moisturizer. This is simply an oil minimizing product.

answer 2
No, it's watery like a toner it just adds a thin layer to create a nice matte finish

I wouldn't recommend it, no; it's not hydrating enough for that purpose. With oily skin what you want to do is moisturize your skin enough so that your body doesn't release all that oil and moisturize it for you.

Yes, you can apply it over your finished makeup. Be sure to shake it well before applying and rub your fingers together a bit before patting it onto your face. Blending is not the way to go with this type of product.

answer 2
You can, but you have to do so lightly, because like any liquid you put on makeup it can wear some of it off.

I always use prior to primer--it helps seal in the oil. You can also use throughout the day over your make-up primer if you find yourself with a little sheen. Just dab it onto the oily areas (be careful not to rub, as it could smear your makeup).

Question
How do I apply this?
It doesn't seem to apply well while using just my fingers, so I was wondering what else I could do to put the product on effectively.

I actually apply it differently, I put a couple of drops on the back of my hand and then take a stippling brush and apply it liberally onto my oily areas. That way, if I'm wearing makeup, nothing gets too smudged.

answer 2
I pour just a small amount in my hand (at the top of my middle three fingers) and then slap on my face very quickly. I apply to my entire face, so this works best for me. If you are applying only to certain areas, you can just use 1 finger and dab onto oily spots.
