I just bought these beautiful brushes, and yes the name of the brush is on each brush, but they are so professional, and I'm not used to such high quality and variety. So, I'm going out to CA to visit and I'm going to take my brushes into the Sephora store there, that is brand new. The staff is vabulous!! I'm going to have them use my brushes to put make-up on me, and that way, I'll get a real "hands on" experience. So, if any of you aren't sure about the best way to use these high end brushes, try going right into a Sephora store with them. A friend of mine was getting married in Las Vegas, and she went to Sephora to buy make-up, and since her wedding was in a couple of hours, the staff put on her whole make-up on for free!! They are awsome, like that. So, that's what I plan on doing. Taking my brushes right in, and letting the staff use my brushes on me and telling me what each brush can do. A lot of these brushes have multi-uses that I don't know about. I hope this helps you out, and I'm excited and looking forward on getting a one-on-one lesson!!

Sephora usually has the Prestige Brush Set around the holidays. I would start looking for the set around Sep/Oct just to make sure that they are in stock so you can get your hands on them. I got my set Thanksgiving weekend. Each year the Prestige Brush Set changes slightly as each collection is unique but they're always around the same price for the same amount of brushes.

This set is available in stores. When I bought it the store I bought it from had it displayed at the end of the Clinique counter as well as in the front of the store along with all of the other holiday gift sets. It is sold in a box very similar to the sephora color gift set though, so make sure you pick up the right set.

They are full size. Each brush measures between 6 and 7 inches long.

It's probably about 8" wide and 5" high when closed. It's not too "travel-sizey" but is a great size to pack or carry.

I find it easiest to get the 2 oz makeup brush cleaner from sephora (I think it's about 6$), spritz the brush tip 2 or 3 times to get it fully saturated, and then either wipe the brush or blot on a paper towel or napkin (kleenex is reccommended but that's usually too thin). It's easiest to clean between uses so that you don't end up with loads of pigment at one time. Plus side, the brushes dry pretty quickly this way.
