Question
This product is great, but is it safe for color treated hair?
I have fine, thin, color treated hair. Plus, I have 3 cowlicks in my crown. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. I don't have enough hair to cover them. I have bought so many products with the promise they will give me body. None of them have lived up to their promise, but WOW, what a pleasant surprise I got when I bought this product. It gives me volume, just like it says it will do. I'm able to cover up my 3 cowlicks. This is the best product I have ever used. I do have color treated hair, so I'm wondering if this wonderful product will strip the color. If it doesn't strip my color, then I have to say this is a perfect product.

on Volume Powder

Off the top of my head as a stylist I can't see any reason why a spray on powder would ever strip your color. Your biggest concerns as far as color goes are what temperature what you are using when you wash, the proper thermal settings on your hot-tools, and using color-safe, high quality shampoo/conditioner. The lighter powder will dull your shine and mute your color a bit if you spray too much in one spot, but brushing it through should help with that.
