I think this one will help. Also, you will want to check your hair elastics and make sure you get enough biotin in your diet. Good luck!!!

I don't think this product would help thinning hair (unless your hair gets very tangled and you have to pull a brush harshly through it). I would recommend the Phyto ampules for thinning women's hair. I've used those in the past with good results that even my hairdresser noticed ( I probably used them for 6 months, and I would use half and ampule every other day or two days).

It has definitely made my thinning hair much healthier. It didn't make the lost hair grow back, but several products out there will actually do that. My hair was falling out due to medication, and it is growing back now healthier than ever. Use this on your ends to keep your existing hair healthy, and try Phytocyane Revitalizing Serum for Women - thinning hair, also sold at Sephora. One product not carried by Sephora (not yet - if you are listening, Sephora, please get this line!) is Bosley hair care and they have treatments for thinning hair that have also worked wonders in my hair. This product by Sashajuan, though, will make the hair you have much more healthy and manageable, but give that serum by Phyto a try for your roots.
