On towel dried hair; I use it every time I wash..every 3 days..and I love it.

Use small amount (dime sized) on towel dried hair (not super wet), stay away from the roots of your hair, either blow dry or air dry (blow drying seems to have the best effect). On dry hair, avoid stringy looking hair by using a very teenie-veenie amount , on ends ONLY.

I have only used it when my hair is damp - just a little seems to go a long way. I wash my hair every other day so that is when I use it.

This should work on the frizz and your dry hair. My hair is not as fine, but it does not get weighed down. This is not as heavy of an oil as other I have tried.
