I just use it on my wrists and a dab behind the ears - enough aroma to receive the full benefits of the oils.

Apply to wrists, temples & neck, that way you can smell it. Don't know about behind the ears. Haven't tried that.

Question
Does this help you stay asleep or just fall asleep?
I generally don't have any issues falling asleep, but I don't stay asleep throughout the night. Has anyone found that this really helps them stay sound asleep during the night, or is it mainly to help people fall asleep?

My experience is that is aids in both. I sleep longer during the night. I used to getwake up or get up two or three times, and now it's once. Sometimes not at all.

Hi-- I found I slept deeply and straight thru. Got to sleep very quickly. I am not a chronic insomniac, thank god, but found this helps quite a bit. Could not WAIT for it to get back into stock. Now I have used it a week, and have slept straight thru, a very peaceful, restful, fulfilling and wonderfully needed sleep each and every night.

It all depends on the store. The sales associate at my store told me that they can't carry everything that they do on the site or the store would be huge!
