I thought it would be a spray bottle too, but it isn't. It is like a travel perfume bottle...meaning the cap pops off and there is no sprayer. It's easy to apply though and looks good. If you are looking for a spray bottle, the Tarantino glimmer sprays are amazing! I love the bronze one!

No, its not a spray. Its a typical screw cap and bottle top. I think it actually gives you more control over how much youre using.

Sadly, the Tarte oil does NOT have a spray bottle. It is still an awesome product, but more difficult to apply without the spray. I find putting some on a makeup sponge works well, or simply dab some on the area of choice and rub in with your hands!

The sizes are about 1/3 the size of a regular bottle. Definitely worth it, though. The full sizes are for the eye shadow in starry sky, the argan oil illuminizer, and the stila lip glaze. But everything else comes in a generous enough size to be able to try the product and enjoy it for a while. I would get it!

I had a little trouble with this myself at first but it's very easy once you get the hang of it. If you've never opened it or used it before, the applicator is like a nail polish brush. And all you do is 'paint' your face in the places you want to be luminzed. I always paint the tops of my cheeks, my chin, under my eyes, the brow bone, and a little on my nose. Just put a few tiny drops on the spots where you want to be luminzed then gently rub it in. Then after that, apply your choice of foundation.

answer 3
You can blend it into your brow bone to give it a great arch. You can put it on the apple of your cheeks and along your cheekbone to highlight and raise your cheekbones. You can also make a c shape from your temple/above your eyebrow to above yout cheekbone, blending with your fingertips. You can also make a 3 that goes from above your brow, to the top of your cheekbone, then around your cheek going almost to your jaw.

I like to use this stuff to give my skin a light and shimery effect. I apply this to my cheekbones after foundation but before blush. You can also apply this to the bridge of your nose and a very light amout to the area above the eyebrows. Hope this helps! :)

It is basically a highlighter in liquid form. So, just put it anywhere you would like to highlight. 2 to 3 dots on your cheekbones, bridge of your nose, even eyebrow bone. Remember though a little goes a long way.

High beam is a liquid highlighter you can put on cheeks and Brow bones. The light pink shade keeps it looking natural and it obviously has some shimmer to it. The Aryan oil can be mixed with foundation to add shimmer or used over As a blush or with blush to add shimmer to the color. I don't like using it alone on my face.

answer 3
You can use The High Beam and Josie Maran Iluminizer alone or mix a little in your liquid foundation. If using it alone you can just highlight your eyes by placing it in the inner corner of your eyes and on the outer third part under your eyebrows. To highlight your whole face place a dot on the left and right side of my forehead and chin. Then, I swipe a stripe down the bridge of my nose. Next, on each cheekbone, I draw two short, parallel lines. Then blend gently with your fingers! Voila, you're glowing!!

answer 4
High Beam is a highlighter. I always put about 4 dots above my cheekbones and blend it down into my blush. I then use a dab above my cupid's bow which makes my lips look poutier. However, I was wondering the same about the Josie Maran Illuminizer. I would imagine it's a highligher too.

I use Josie Maran Argan Oil Illuminizer on the eye lids, top, bottom and out to the ends of the eyebrows. It gives a soft glow and feels good.I had no irritation at all.The High Beam is drier. Use anywhere you want a highlight or shimmer.

I would say that it's definitely worth it, especially since it's now on sale! I purchased the 2010 Glitter/Glam set last year at the full price ($40) and was really excited about it. After playing around with everything at first...fun, just like being a little girl...I came up with totally awesome different looks. It was perfect for the holidays and I received tons of compliments about how gorgeous I looked! BEST of all, I still have at least half of everything left, a year later! I say go for it, I don't think you'll be sorry! I'm buying this 2011 collection right now! PS...I suggest you check out the video on the review site...she shows the shimmer/glitter effects quite well!
