The brushes are extremely soft with a combination of synthetic and real hairs used (no animals were harmed in this process). They are fantastic for using on the face and eyes and great for sensitive skin.

These compare grate! I own the eye shadow brush set,as well as the slanted blush brush. If you loved the sotfness of the other brushes,as well as how blendable they were with the products,you will love these! The powder brush was perfect! Not to big where it smothers your face,and not to small to where it dosent blend or apply the powder correctly,very soft! The Latte shadow brush is compareable to the Mozzerella eye shadow brush that comes with the eye shadow brush set. The smudge brush is so soft,a bit to soft for smudging eye liner,however grate for adding eye shadow in the outer corner/crease! The unicorno eyeliner and lip brush is more ideal for concealer then eye liner,however would make a wonderfull lip brush. These brushes are a grate buy,and multi-functional

They are the good size like your regular brush nothing small. kinda like a regular 6 to 7 in it will depend on your brush if is a face or a eye brush.
