answer 1
I wouldn't use this in the most intimate area of all, but I find this is a good product for exfoliating before waxing my bikini line. The grains aren't rough.

I haven't had a problem with it in that way. I don't feel like the exfoliation is enough to be an issue.

I use it along the bikini line to help prevent ingrown hairs between waxing. I find it to be a very gentle scrub and haven't had any problems.

I've used it to exfoliate my underarms and upper bikini area, but I wouldn't get too aggressive with it!

I use this on my face. I think it would be fine for intimate areas too.

answer 6
it certainly seems to be safe enough to use on directly surrounding areas, however, I would suggest only the most gentle of soaps to be used directly on intimate parts. Scrubs should never be used directly on such sensitive areas, in my opinion.

answer 7
I wouldn't. Rogue scrubbing beads can make your life miserable.

answer 8
No, absolutely not. This is far to rough for any sensitive areas, but great for the body in general and elbows and knees in particular.

answer 9
Probably not - bikini line, maybe, but otherwise, I wouldn't.

I've been using this scrub daily for a while, and have actually noticed an increase in the redness/small bumps on my chest. It's not bad or even that noticeable, but because of it I would definitely not say that this scrub is good to clear up acne. I always go for body scrubs that have salicylic acid if a have a breakout, but I have very sensitive skin. Sorry, hope that helps!

Nope. Nor does it help with ingrown hairs.

answer 3
Since most people with acme have sensitive skin, this product would be fine for body breakouts.

answer 4
because it is a semi-coarse body scrub, it does an decent job of removing dirt which clogs pores causing acne. But if you really want to get rid of acne, use a medicated body scrub. For example something that contains salicylic acid.

answer 5
It might help exfoliate and clean the area but it does not have anything in it to treat acne. I would recommend using this in addition to an acne-specific body wash.

answer 6
While THE SCRUB OF YOUR LIFE is not formulated specifically to treat acne, it does exfoliate the skin which may prevent clogged pores and help keep acne at bay.

The biggest difference is that SCRUB OF YOUR LIFE is a thick foaming scrub, FLAKE AWAY does not foam.
