Yes, it is very gentle and moisturizing, and the granules are quite fine.

You certainly can! I used my first tub everyday for over 3mos. I used the body butter after showering each time, and my skin stayed so soft throughout the day.

Product can be used every day. If your skin is sensative, skip a day or two.

In my opinion you should use it once a week. The abrasives can be too strong on your legs if you use it everyday. I use it once a week and my legs are always smooth. But you can also ask any person at sephora .

You can, but you certainly don't need to! If flakiness is so bad that twice a week isn't working, there might be something going on that exfoliating doesn't fix. If you just like the feel and the smell (and those are two good reasons), then go for it.

I have used the Flake Away daily on my arms with no problem. It is hard to resist how soft your skin feels after using...and the smell is so wonderful! It only takes a little dab and working it in with a circular motion to give you such soft skin.

What's the difference between this and the Scrub 'em and Leave 'em™ Body Buff?

I asked a Sephora rep the same question. She said it is pretty much just what the product uses as an exfoliate. Scrub em... uses sea salt. They are little pink beads. Flake Away uses sugar. Personally I like Scrub em and Leave em. My skin is so soft after and it smells amazing!

I own both of those products. The Flake Away body polish is supposed to be applied after wetting your skin. The Scrub 'em and Leave 'em Body Buff is supposed to be applied dry and rubbed into your skin before letting the water run. Also, the body buff has larger granules and little beads in it and leaves an oily-like residue, but when you wash it with water, it rinses away nicely and leaves your skin super smooth. Also, the body polish has this amazing grapeseed peach scent. The body buff has a pleasant clean scent too, but I'm not sure how to describe it. Overall, I definitely prefer and recommend the body polish. You won't be disappointed!

Scrub Em' and Leave Em' is more of a true scrub to me, very exfoliant that you're gonna want to moisturize after. -salt based

Flake Away has a think paste consistence with a lot of Shea butter, so more moisturizing than the other - to me it wasn't very exfoliant. -sugar and salt based

The main difference is fragrance. FLAKE AWAY has our signature PINK scent, while SCRUB EM AND LEAVE EM has our MIST YOU MADLY scent. Also setting them apart, FLAKE AWAY is a sugar and salt scrub, and SCRUB EM AND LEAVE EM is a salt scrub. Either way your dead skin cells don't stand a chance!

Question
Is this good for calloused feet?
I was recommended another product from this brand to moisturize feet, but it was suggested I get something to exfoliate and scrub first. Will this work well for that? Is there a better product for that particular use?
