Yes, the African Red Tea cleanser removed some of my blemishes and whiteheads and a blackhead within two days. The collagen booster serum makes your skin look firm and young, and the moisturizer really lasts all day. I love this kit. And the night gel, if you read the label, is almost really like a slow acting fruit acid peel, so it gently exfoliates and rejuvenates cell growth while you sleep. That helps with acne.

Yes --- stick to the cleanser, eye gel, and day/night lotions. I would NOT use serums or gels until your face is healing well. First, focus on promoting healing in your skin by being as simple & gentle as possible. Let your skin get balance back first before you go all out with serums & specialty skin care items. A gentle toner is great as well. Ole has a nice, gentle toner if you look it up on Sephora

It wouldn't be my choice if I were specifically looking to clear up acne. A couple of the products are not the right choice for that, like Red Tea cleanser, instead this line has Aloe Vera Deep Cleanser which is meant for congested skin. The Truth Revealed Cream would probably be too heavy for you as well. The Invigorating Gel and Walnut Scrub both helped clear up my skin, but I have just blackheads and an occasional blemish. So, basically some of the products are good for that, some aren't, if acne isn't the only issue you're addressing, like dryness on cheeks, then I'd try this kit, but solely for acne I'd try something else.

It has improved my acne prone skin greatly! My acne has all but disappeared, other than the occasional pop up around the "lady" time of the month. ;)

If I were you, I would choose the Acne kit instead of this one since none of these are specifically targeting acne and the Acne kit is. This may inprove your skin but its not intended for that problem.

It depends. Depends on your age. Depends on how bad your acne is. Depends on the type of acne you have. Depends on where it usually is on your face. As a basic rule incorporate these ingredients into your skin care routine; salicylic acid, retinol (pm), and benzoyl peroxide. Use salicylic acid to prevent, retinol will slof off dead cells so they do not clog pores, benzoyl peroxide will kill bacteria. The amount you use of each really depends on your skin and acne. If you have moderate to severe acne, you want to use these three ingredients regularly. Monthly breakouts or occasional (once a week), you can get away with salicylic acid during day, retinol at night, and spot treat with benzoyl peroxide.
Onto your question, would I recommend this kit for acne? Not really. If you get between one and four pimples a month, yeah try it. More than that, no.

Invigorating Night Gel will work on getting rid of acne. Apply to whole face at night or spot treat pimple daily until it disappears.

I have never had acne issues in my life until I began working in a cleanroom. I have to wear a mask all day and apparently breathing into my own face for hours clogs my pores. Since I have used this kit, I stopped getting the acne caused from wearing the mask all day. Not sure if that answers your question, but it has kept my skin cleaner throughout the day.

On the Sephora site, there is a biography of Ole. He say he developed this line because of his own acne issues. So, yes, I guess this would be good for acne.
