As far as I can tell, the product is almost exactly the same as the one in the lipstick bullet (the new one is MAYBE a touch creamier) but the colors and the coverage should not have changed.

I bought the Custard color when it was in the lipstick-tube size, and the color is the exact same now that it's in a different tube shape/size.

The formula seems to be the same, if not better. Not sure on the shades as I chose a different shade to match my tan.

Question
Shade for olive skin?
Can you recommend a concealer stick shade for me? My Nars powder color is Santa Fe, and it matches my skin perfectly. I also just bought Nars sheer matte foundation in Punjab. Can you also recommend a Nars tinted moisturizer shade for me? Thanks!

I also wear Punjab foundation, Ginger works perfectly! Your concealer should always be a little lighter.

I am olive, yellow undertone skin and use the color Bisquit, works awesome! I was thinking about getting Ginger but that was a little lighter for me, might be a better shade for the winter.

This should last you about 3-6 months depending on the severity of your acne/trouble spots. The actual product inside it about to amout of Chap-stick you get in a tube. The good thing is that it does come in the click up stick, making in easier to get every last bit. But honestly, I really didnt like this concealer at all for acne (why I bought it as well). I would suggest Laura Mercier Cover Pot instead. Hope this helps!

Question
What type of skin color is it for?
I'm very pale skin colored and I'm used to using powder, is this a better replacement because my powder wears off during the day? Does it do the same thing?

powder and concealer are completely different things. concealers are used to conceal darker spots and acne on the skin to make it look more flawless, and powder is used to set the makeup. if you're looking for a fuller coverage, then you should use both concealer and a colored powder, but if you aren't, just try to find a nicer powder. if you're considering the nars concealer you will need to set it with a powder after you apply the concealer.
hope this helps! xoxo

its always better to use a cream concealer as compared to a powder one. it lasts all day and gives better coverage. as for setting into fine lines, if you set your cream concealer with a face powder that wont happen.
hope this helped

I wouldn't recommend. I have dry skin too and when I use this concealer over pimples, it just irritates my dry skin and my skin starts to peel because the concealer bothers it.

Question
How can I apply it so it covers my dark circles?
Okay, I apply this product with a concealer brush over my dark circles (which aren't super-dark), and it doesn't have that good of coverage over them, but covers just fine everywhere else! Is there a method that would work?

Because this product isn't in a liquidy creamy form, I would skip using the concealer brush. Instead, I would apply the concealer directly onto my undereyes and dap lightly with my fingers to blend.

try applying the concealer without a brush. instead, dap it with your fingers until it blends nicely. you could be taking too much product off with the brush.

I would probably suggest "Custard" because it is pretty yellow-based, and I use it in the summer on my tan skin to correct any redness. Hope this helps!

Nars Concealers look darker in the stick than on your skin, so I suggest going into the Sephora store and have one of their artists match a tone for you.

Question
Is this good for covering acne and help picking color
I'm looking for something that covers acne and scars that will stay put without looking cakey. I was also wondering if the lightest shade is very very pale or if the colors run dark? I have fair skin with freckles and usually the lightest shade is too dark however I just tried Smashbox full coverage one and it was practically white.

I also use concealer to cover pretty bad acne and scars. I found that this product didn't really cut it. I've used several liquid concealers in this price range, all sold by sephora, that blended better and provided better coverage--for example the one made by Cover FX. It also looked pretty cakey on, especially after a few hours. However, the Chantilly shade did match my extremely fair skin pretty well.
