how often can you use it?

I wash my hair twice a week. It works well for my long and coloured hair. Could I just use this as my conditioner?

i would say yes because of the infrequency that you wash your hair but probably not otherwise. i can't guarantee your success because we probably have different hair types/conditions, but i would say that as long as you don't use too much, you should be fine! :)

Help with shine -- or just moisture?

I'm wondering if this product will do anything to add shine to my hair?? Also, how hydrating is it? It is less expensive than most hair masques so I am wondering what all it will do for my somewhat dry, color-treated hair? Thanks for any help!!!

Sulfate-free?

This is really sulfate-free, right? I bought it because the web page mentions it includes no sulfates, but the packaging on the product does NOT include "sulfate-free." I did a keratin treatment on my hair and was told that any shampoos/conditioners with sulfates will strip the keratin out of my hair immediately.
