Yes, the box says it can be used on "brow bone" and the under side of the oculus. The box also says that it can be used on skin that's sensitive. I asked for a sample at Sephora. I've only used it for a few days but feel that I can see a differerence in smoothing. My under eye area actually seems brighter too! I'm not sure if that's just because of the moisture level raised or not. I really like this product.

I think the cream works best for moisturizing, rather than firming or tightening.

Hi! I too have tried several. I really liked Avons Duo Clinical Eye Lift for awhile. But, ever since I recieved a sample of this, I just fell in love.
I use this under and all over my lid and brow area, day and night.
This formula is awesome. Its so light yet, very moisturizing. It does not burn, sting or migrate later in the day.
It absorbs immediately and I can practically put my eyeshadow on right after application.
This has some awesome firming Peptides/ingredients and i think it works great.
Hope this helps ya ;)

as far as I know all eye creams are for the ordbital around the eye- you may want to ask a dermatologist or eye doc what to use on your eyelids.
