I've tried it both way & I personally like letting it air dry... I get more of the "beachy waves" effect that way. Go ahead and try both & see what way you like best, it's really up to you & what you prefer. =)

I spray it in my hair wet, scrunch it, and let it dry naturally. I find the results better when I let it air dry.

I have somewhat fine, wavy hair. Here is how I use it: either I blow dry and hot roll with large rollers and then spray for texture and to loosen the curl or I use it on damp hair and diffuse and use a large wand roller to give big loose waves. Have never been disappointed and I can sleep on it an it still looks great for another day.

Q: After you spray on wet or moist hair, are you suppose to blow dry or air dry? Does it matter?

You can let your hair air dry with the product sprayed evenly over hair . If you want to blow dry people recommend using a diffuser nozzle on the end of your hair dryer to prevent frizzing and maintain the waves. Hope this helps!

If I'm in a hurry, this product is great to just spritz in on towel dried hair and scrunch then go. Most days though I like to spray Living Proof root lifter in and then spray this all over and dry on the lowest setting of my dryer while I scrunch gently. Makes the waves more defined and loose.

I've done both. I like the look better when I just let it air dry but I also blow-dried it once when I was a little pressed for time. I think I ended up with more fullness when I blow-dried it but it also looked a little more unruly.

I usually blow dry my hair first, until it is mostly dry, but still a little damp. Then I do a light spritzing of the product and let it air dry from there.

I think it is way better. I hate the bumble and bumble stuff. This stuff is not as sticky and I have seen much better results. The waves are definitely more beach-like with this product. I purchased the bumble and bumble stuff once and never again because I think it stinks. Fekkai is better than bumble and bumble, too, although it's quite expensive for a little bottle.

Absolutely!! I have pin straight hair, nothing ever works to give me that "beachy waves" look until I found this product! I wash my hair & when income out of the shower I towel dry it just a little & then spray this all over my hair, lifting sections up & then I scrunch away. LoL finish with some hair spray and walah, sexy beach hair! If it can work on my pin straight, fine hair I'm pretty sure it can work on anyone. LoL I hope this helps. =)

IMO it will give you mad texture without the oiliness that can come with some beach sprays. I didn't find that it gave me weird dryness either. Just perfect beachy look. I use it on dry hair and then add a few waves or use hot rollers and then spritz this on for texture. Love them both depending on how much curl I want. I think it helps the curl hold too.

NO! My experience with it was that it had a drying, sticky consistency right from the beginning and I was very disappointed with it. I don't have super tight curls, but it's definitely a hard wave. This product did nothing for it except mess it up-- in a bad way.

yes it is good for thick hair with layers. my hair is thick, long (down to the bottom of my chest), and full of layers. it still works and is great. my hair normally dries straight and this makes it look naturally wavy and it's easy to use. it usually looks more wavy than the picture i provided does. that was taken the first time i ever used it.

I think this product will work for you, I haven't had much luck with other beachy sprays but I got great results with this one. I have thick wavy blonde hair 4 inches past the should in layers and any other product left my hair frizzy. With this my hair is piecy like beach hair, not stiff, nice shine and not frizzy. I would definitely recommend to try it. I have naturally blonde wavy hair and it tends to look dry but not with this product.

My hair is baby-fine and very silky. I tried this brand and liked it very much, but the price is pretty steep. Tried another similar spray for less $$$ and it was nothing like the Beach Hair. So...went back to this spray and love it. Does not make my hair dry or gritty. Just gives it a lot of body.

I also have fine hair and wouldn't use this alone, because it will make the hair feel slightly big and gritty (you might feel like it is 'dry'). I'd use a little styling cream afterwards: mid lengths to ends, like Grooming Creme from BB. That'll look 'beachy' and soft.

My hair is pretty much the same exact way and this stuff works fine. I do a lot of scrunching with it or put it in a bun for a bit and then use a little hair spray and it comes out pretty good. I think the hair spray is key to making the waves last through the day/night.

It sounds like we have the same type of hair. Air drying = stringy frizzy disaster! I add volumizer, let my hair mostly air dry, and when it gets to that point where it looks good (where you wish it would stay like that all day) I spray in this product, scrunch it a bit with my hands, and go. It does not dry crispy. My hair has a good textured feel all day. It gives a tousled, sexy, intetionally-messy look. I love it & recommend it.
