answer 1
These colors really are amazing, but the flakiness makes it not worth it. Stick with the pencils.

These are great for more impact, and I find these to be more long wearing as well. It is easy to make a great, smooth cat eye using this. As a user of both their 24/7 pencils and this liquid liner, I highly recommend both!

I have quire a collection of the other liners as well, and have so far added two of the liquid liners to my collection. Yes, would absolutely recommend them, at the very least the color perversion (black). The great thing about the liquid liners is that you can build up even more color and make pigment more noticeable than you can even do with the pencils alone. Also, they create much sharper points than the pencils do, even when sharpened perfectly...so achieving the perfect cat eye look becomes simpler using the liquid over the pencil.

YES YES YES check out the UD liquid eyeliners. I also have a large collection of the regular 24/7 pencils, but the durability on this liquid liner is MUCH MUCH better.

some of the pencils i find to be too smudgeable, which works for people that like the smudged look but it can tend to look sloppy when the product wears off. that being said, this product is not exactly better. it flakes off pretty quickly and you are much better off with the kat von d eyeliner pens instead of this one. it makes just as exact of a line (if not better) and is extremely long wearing (i had to work to get it off with eye makeup remover. that right there is quality)

love the pencils too- but this seems to stay on longer and gives definition

answer 8
I really love the pencils as well, however I believe that this stays on much longer than the pencils. Also, the color is a lot more saturated and does not smudge.

It's a different product in my opinion. You can get a much more precise line with the liquid and the color is more "strong" since it sits slightly above the skin. The edges are just more precise with liquid than with pencil. I would say pencils give you a softer look since the edges aren't as precise while the liner will give you a more precise edgy look.

answer 10
I have both. This creates a more defined line, and you can get it very close to the lashes, so if you use it in the color close to your lash color, it can make your own lashes look more lush, even without mascara. It has more precise control, too. If you press harder, you get a thicker line, or you can simply draw more than one line on the lid.
This would be a better choice, too, to make false lashes blend in, as it is very dark compared to even the dark brown pencil.

I also have the UD pencils which I love. You can use them first and then put this liner close to your lashes for a more defined look. I love this liner and will buy more of them along with the UD pencils.
