One packet uses one scoop of water which is like a 1/4 cup. Google the company and ask them. I just returned mine, so I wish I paid better attention for you.

Where did you get the sample from? They shouldn't be provided without the scoop because its made for precise measurement.

The scoop is very small and there is no measurement listed on the scoop. I would add small amounts of water to the mixture until it is smooth consistency.

Question
How long do results last?
I noticed it says to use the mask 1x/week and I wanted to know, are there noticeable results for your skin and do they last for the course of the week? (or at least a few days)?

To me, it's just like any facial treatment. You can physically feel it until the next time you wash your face, but if they recommend once a week that should mean that's how long you can go. If you use it more, you might get dry skin, which could give you oily skin. I actually forgot to use it the second week, but I might use it more as rejuvenation when I need it. Definitely don't use it more than recommended though.

The results last several days but I find my skin can handle using the mask twice a week. Honestly the packages hold enough product that you can get two masks out of them by splitting it in half, they are very generously sized.

Yes-I find my skin looks better for several days. I use it every other week with the triple oxygen mask in between.

I use the mask once a week and the results seem to last the full 7 days. I skipped two weeks while I was on vacation and my skin still felt and looked really good with just my regular regiment of daily cleaning.
Don't get me wrong, you WILL see a difference after just one use but you can also strech the treament to every 2 or even 3 weeks.

no noticeable results. Too many chemicals in the mask that makes it very thick and hard to apply. Just sits on top of skin and does nothing.
