How much water do you add?
I received a sample without the measuring cup and I'm not sure how much water to add to this mask. Does anyone know the size of the measuring cup?

The measuring cup is 43 ml. If you've lost yours, any friendly pharmacy could give you a 2 ounce bottle ( it's 60 ml ) and you can guestimate to the 43 ml

I don't know exactly how big the cup is, but I would start with a tablespoon of COLD water. Then add little by little until you get the correct consistency. Also, you can really just use half a package for one person...it's more than enough :)

If you have the .5 oz mask packet, add 43.0 cc of water, which is something like 2.9 tablespoons, according to a conversion I found. Hope this helps! Enjoy!

I would say is it about 2 or 3 TBSP worth.... start with 2 and gradually add until you get a thick creamy consistency.

Blackheads totaly dissapear under one condition only - wait until the mask is rubberised to take it off and apply the whole packet on your face to maximize the effect.

I t doesn't remove the blackheads like a biore strip but it does smooth the appearance of pores and skintone.

I actually just tried this for the first time tonight (I purchased the $5 single one, just because I wanted to try it). I honestly didn't think it would do anything for those stubborn blackheads that always seem to be on my nose, but it actually did a very good job with them. It helps to open pores alot, so maybe even using a gentle pore strip (not the ultra strength biore ones, maybe the Boscia Black porestrips, which I have tried and loved.) afterwards to deal a double-whammy to the black heads. It works very well, I definitely recommend it. If you are in doubt, buy one of the single ones and give it a try, I am willing to bet that you will love it.

No, the product is supposed to simply be peeling off.
You are only supposed to wash your face prior to using this mask.

I always wash my face after a mask, just because I can never get every single little scrap of mask off, and if the mask loosens up impurities, I want to finish up washing them away.

Is this supposed to be a smooth texture when mixed up? It gets really bumpy and uneven whenever I've tried to use it.

Yes, it is supposed to be bumpy. I have never been able to get it smooth, but it smoothes out on your face.

I found mixing it with warm ( definatley not hot and certainly not cool or even cold ) water helps open up the powder and the lumpy texture goes away. I like to apply with the spatula and smooth out with my fingers.

While mixing the mask, the mixture can be a little bumpy, but if you apply it with your fingers the bumpiness might slightly go away. While it's getting dry it will even out. Don't worry about it.
