The Acne Solutions Cleansing Foam, Spot Healing Gel, and the Clarifying Lotion (which is more of a toner) contain Salicylic Acid, each containing 2.0%, 1.0%, and 1.5%, respectively. The only product without Salicylic Acid is the Clearing Moisturizer, which contains 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide.

I have already recently bought my 3 step type 3 combination oily this week. I see good results my skin is softer and smoother even my boyfriend saw results too...I was wondering would it be ok to mix this product in with my 3 step? Would it do me harm?

I don't think it would do you harm at all. However, the acne solutions is more harsh then the regular 3-step program, so you might experience some dryness or even a break out. Whenever you change you cleanse program, there's a chance you could break out as your face gets used to the new program.

You could switch it to every other day, or I only use this in the morning and different 3 step for nightly use, as twice a day is too drying for me.

it couldn't hurt to try it and this is a good kit because you get to try all the steps...
based on your question it sounds like you might need to use some cleaning wipes on your cell phone (which touches your face all the time) and brush your teeth BEFORE you wash your face since pimples around the mouth can be caused by leftover toothpaste residue (especially tartar control).

This will help heal acne and keep it from forming. The 3-step for skin types 3,4 only deal with oil. If you have acne and oily skin get this kit!!
