It depend on a couple of things. If you're kind of a novice, or are just looking for something very basic, and you're wanting to save space, then yes, go for it. Otherwise, I think you can find better deals elsewhere for a normal or travel brush kit.

its as if they took the end of four different brushes, cut 80% of the handles off, and attached magnets to the end. when the four "tips" are connected, it makes one large brush (with a cap, which is an added bonus). if you want to change the tip, you just rearrange the order the tips are in, or simply remove the one you want to use from the wand and reattach it when you are done. its kind of like how you can take a bunch of markers and connect them from end to end. hope this helps!

I know that one of them is a sponge, but i'm not sure on the rest of them. they're pretty soft though.

All the application tools are not brushes, one is like a sponge you would find in a cheaper eye shadow. I clean the brushes with bare minerals brush conditioning shampoo. Now and then the magnification that holds the tools together doesn't stay together.

I would clean it with a make up brush cleaner and dry it upside down using a brush guard. All 4 of the "brush tips" seem to be made out of the same type of rough bristles. No clue what type of bristles they are. Not sure if these are new. I saw these since Aug 2011

I use the " Daily Makeup Brush Cleanser Spray" from Sephora. It works very well.

This is just a quick fix, but when I'm appling my makeup I have the makeup remover wipes to fix any messups and to de-crudd my brushes till I can clean them as I should.

Q: I don't want to buy any natural hair bristle brushes, but this is pretty neat for in-a-pickle situations. I figured I'd through this in my school bag in case I want to change up my eye look for afterschool activities.

A: Yes, the bristles are synthetic, and of good quality. The liner brush is a tad thick, but if you wear heavy eyeliner it's fine. It's the perfect brush to throw in a school bag, as there's a cap on the end of it to protect the bristles from anything else in the bag. At least, that's how I use it! ;D

I didnt see any label on the brushes themselves but I doubt they are natural. Theyre very soft but dont have that natural texture to them.

They have synthetic brushes. The brushes are VERY stiff and uncormfortable, though. I guess for a pickle they would work, though.

I've asked in just about every store in the NYC area (Times Square, Union Square, Penn Station) and none of them carry it. It's probably only online.

I found this in my city (we only have one Sephora that is barely stocked with anything at any given time). I found it in a glass cup-vase right next to the cashier.

Maybe five inches, I haven't actually measured it, though.

To answer your question the brush wand isnt very long. It fits in the bottom of my mini coach bag perfectly and not even my wallet can fit in it with out a struggle to close the zipper. I love the size of it its ideal for its job. Hope I helped have a great day.

The quality is quite good for the low price it is! Perfect for touch ups! Not an everyday brush though.

The brushes are pretty firm and washable. Material is standard brush material.

The materials of this brush are a sponge, liner, crease and smudge brush that work fantasticly!

The quality is surprisingly nice, better than I expected for $10. I like Sephora's brushes, and I'd say that the smudge, liner, and crease brushes are on par with the rest of their implements (if not better). The don't shed and they hold their shape after washing. The only one I don't love is the sponge brush--it reminds me of those cheap applicators that come with palettes. I'm not sure what the materials are, but the quality of the brushes, the plastic, and the magnets is top-notch.
