no!!! there is NO NEEDLES or INJECTING needed. the package just separates the active ingredients you squirt in your hand to mix and then apply to face.

It is in a tube, no needles involved. It just looks like a syringe.

answer 3
the syringe things do not have needles! It's a plunger of two tubes that you have to push the contents into the palm of your hand and then mix together with your fingers (a white one and a clear one, which create a warming sensation and mix until clear) The warming will dissipate so it's not burning your facial skin. Then you just take your fingers that you used to mix it with and apply a layer to your whole face (avoiding eyes, lips). It's pretty easy

Question
Can I use this with other acne products?
The directions say not to use with prescription topical acne products, but what about over the counter - like Clean & Clear persa-gel 10 acne medication? It's active ingredient is 10% benzoyl peroxide. I normally use that on existing acne at night.

I would NOT use this with other acne products or other products period. My face was extremely dry after the treatment, and after I used the pads I would have to follow up with my Estee Lauder serum and a lotion to keep my face hydrated. If I didn't, my face would start flaking and peel.

I use the peel then put benzoyl peroxide 10% on existing acne (like inflammed ones) and it helps speed up the healing process. If you've got dry skin though, better try a lower concentrate of BP first (2.5%). I've got oily skin and Im pretty used to the 10%.

I had a really bad reaction with drying from the daily pads, so I would def be very careful adding any other sort of OTC acne medication, which also cause drying.

This is pretty intensive. It's okay to use with your daily regimen, but I don't suggest using this with other strong acne fighting products.

I also use the clean and clear 10% bp at night, but my skin definitely gets drier now that I'm using this peel. I'd recommend just using the bp as a spot treatment, and definitely not using it on the same day you do the peel.

It's not about the money. It's about the time your skin renews itself. 25% is gentle for a weekly type peel, but if you use it twice a week, you'll peel like a snake. It'll put you at risk for excessive dryness even if you're oily skinned to begin with. Trust me, it's possible to have dry skin even when you're oily.

answer 2
I wouldn't use it that often...your skin could get really dry, thin, and burned. if once a week isn't cutting it for you, MAYBE try twice a week, but do more research first.

answer 4
The reason why its only used once a week is not because its expensive but because it is a very strong medicated treatment with 25% glycolic acid.
Using too much of it can actually harm your skin in the long run because what the glycol does is: removes all the dead skill cells that lay on the top layer of your skin. The one week period gives it time to "heal" or "rest". If you don't give it that time period of a week it can actually damage your skin.

I use the pads every day in the morning, but I have been saving the peels for breakouts. I used two peels the first two weeks and have not used another peel in about two weeks. I have about 10 pads left, so I'm not sure what I'll do when I run out because I 'll have two peels left. The pads are awesome! The peel is tingly but feels good on skin too. I'm making my kit last about 40 days.

Brazilian Peel Clear is recommended to use per the directions: use the Booster Pads daily to kill bacteria and keep pores clear. Use the weekly Brazilian Peel Clear peel once per week to deeply exfoliate, clear pores and to kill acne bacteria. Using the Booster Pads every other day may not garner the full effect; using the Peel every other day is too aggressive.

Twist off bottom of the "shot." Press down on the top and squeeze the mixture into the palm of your hand. Use your index finger to mix the two, and you will feel the ingredients warm in your hand. Try to thoroughly mix the two--I tried to make the white ingredient dissapear into the clear-ish ingredient. Apply to face with a couple of fingers, and follow directions, e.g., avoid eye area, and leave on for the specified time of 10 minutes. I think I read on some reviews that you could make the solution last for two uses, but I did not find that to be true. Wash. I apply moisturizer afterwards, too. Pray for good results!

The first time I used it I put the product in the palm of my hand and used my two fingers to apply the product on my face, I realized after that my fingers and hand were completely dried out. So I tried something different the second time, I put the product in a small dish and mixed it together with a spoon then applied it to my face. It worked perfectly!

You simply take a syringe style applicator and break the seal, there are a few in the box. Each syringe has two products that both come out and mix when you depress the plunger. When the products mix they sort of heat up and you rub them on your face. You leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse.

To apply the Brazilian Peel, combine both syringe chambers into the palm of the hand, blending together. Apply avoiding eye areas, nostrils, and lips. Rinse after 10 minutes with cool water and be sure to use only once a week. To apply the Booster pads, use daily on clean, dry skin. Swipe one pad over face, avoiding eyes and lips. Do not use immediately after applying Brazilian Peel Clear weekly peel. We hope that helps!

If this is your first time using the peel, that's probably because your skin is already congested in the first place. Most acne medications do this, they bring out all the impurities hiding beneath you skin. After a few weeks, all the impurities are gone and you'll start seeing results.

One way that it helps clear up acne is by exfoliating your skin which is taking everything out from the very bottom to the top surface. You probably had some breakouts embedded in your skin which were getting ready to come out soon and what the product did was help them come out to clean your skin.
Give it some time. But if it irritates your skin then maybe you are allergic to it.

Acne is caused by debris in your pores, p acnes bacteria and sebum (oil), in any combination. As Brazilian Peel Clear begins to work, it is purging your pores of that debris, killing the bacteria, and bringing your surface oils under control (without over-drying). Acne conditions and the amount of debris, bacteria or oil vary among individuals and for some, this purging process may result in a "breakout", as all these elements come to the surface. Keep using the product; it may take several days or even a week or two for the system will clear all the debris and blemishes, prevent new blemishes and protect your skin from both over-drying and future breakouts.

I haven't tried the Claro device but i know its more like a light therapy for acne.
This product will not only help acne but your whole facial skin overall. Your whole face will be smoother, soft and it actually takes away dead skin cells because it exfoliates.

Clear + Prevent + Protect. We believe the daily use of Brazilian Peel Clear is your best defense to clear existing blemishes (whiteheads and blackheads), to prevent breakouts and pimples from forming and to keep your skin well balanced, soft and glowing. It takes only 10 minutes once per week and a few seconds daily for clearer, brighter, softer skin.

So far, I have only used it twice and I see some improvement my skin does look smoother but not sure how it will look like once i stop using the product. I also, have different scarring some are really bad and deep and there are a few acne scar that have diminish that are more superficial.

Yes, when used regularly the exfoliating action of the glycolic weekly peel and the daily micropeel booster pads both gently will improve the discoloration and texture of acne scars and help to prevent scarring from blemishes.

Its up to you and your skin conditions if you want to purchase it again. The brand doesn't have a face wash or a recommended procedure after the use of this kit. I wish it did, I love this brand so far. I have tried both peels and they both work very well.
So, you can return to your basic regime or buy it again. You can also give your skin a break and buy it over other month.

I've been so happy with my results, that i will be keeping it up. it's like any other treatment, if you stop, your results will back-track. afterall, your skin is constantly replacing it's self, so will return to the place you were before if you stop treatment.

Acne is a condition that must be managed. Continuing to use Brazilian Peel Clear will continue to keep your skin clear of breakouts by continued exfoliation to control debris and oil, and by including the salicylic acid to kill any potential acne causing bacteria and keep pores clear.

You can use this with your moisturizer, after you finish the peel. The directions on the box itself says that you wash your face and make sure your skins clean, then with dry face you apply this peel. Keep it on for ten minutes, then after that ten minutes wash it off as best as possible, then you can apply your moisturizer. :)
