answer 1
It dries pretty quickly, so from my experience it blends best over freshly applied moisturizer. It isn't drying at all

I have combination skin, but I can definitely tell you that this tint gives a very natural look that is not powdery at all. Even looking very close in the mirror it looks like the tint sinks in your pores, unlike powder, which you can always see as a layer on top of your cheeks. Hope this helps.

I am fair and live in Las Vegas which is very dry. I put a few vertical stripes going up my cheek bone and then wipe it in. It smooths right in because it is a very smooth liquid. I have fair skin and the color pops really well.

It's creamy, not watery like the Bene-tint at all. So I think it would give some moisture to your cheeks, and if applied moderately can give your fair skin a lovely, natural, peachy/tangeriney glow :)

Yes, it's very "wet" and won't dry you out. Totally recommend!

This could be used a blush on dry skin. It is more of a stain so make sure you smooth it out fast. Also good to give your lips an extra pop. Remember, a little goes a long way!

I have dry skin too and this works beautifully for me if I apply it a certain way. Of course, make sure you are well moisturized before applying and I find a primer can be helpful as well, but not necessary. If you wearing Other face make up, this goes OVER foundation and under any kind of setting powder.Instead of applying 3 stripes and blending with fingers as it says (this stained my skin with stripes as I detail in my review of this product), I swirl a tiny bit of product on the apple of one cheek, blend in small circles with a stippling brush, then repeat on the other cheek. This has worked well for me, even though I have dry skin. Although my skin tone is a bit darker than yours (I have olive skin, that is medium tan to tan), according to the reviews written by people with lighter skin, this should be fine to use for you. You may just need to use less product than someone with my skin tone. Hope this helps, it really is a gorgeous color, you just have to learn to work with it.

No, not unless you put on moisturizer first--if you don't do that you will definitley wind up with stripes.

I would definitely recommend this tint for dry skin. A little goes a long way, so start out with a small amount and add more as needed.
