The fact that this is marketed as a body wash and a shaving aid is a bit of a mystery to me. This product is not thick or very creamy or very moisturizing like you would need shaving cream to be. If you have problems with ingrown hairs, this definitely would not help. It simply isn't very emollient. This product is nothing more than body wash and at that it is pretty run of the mill.

I would not use this (or an sented product) w sensitive skin. I use Burt's bees on most of my skin, esp for shaving. Rotating on non shave days w this prod. Layering w other products from this line. I haven't had prob w the deodorants from this line; but, I'd still be heasatent to shave w this.

I am prone to ingrown hairs, and this seems to be effective at preventing them. The body wash creates a nice glide for the razor, so you don't get dragging and/or nicks.
